Hi, I’m Lauren Girardin

I’m a communications consultant, storyteller, and writer.

I use my creative chutzpah to help nonprofits, foundations, and companies with a conscience engage their communities and share their stories. If you’re looking to experiment bravely in your content marketing, brand messaging, social media, blogging, apps, presentations, and other digital and traditional communications, let’s talk about how I can support your project.

My clients include The David and Lucile Packard Foundation, Essential Access Health and its project TeenSource, GovLoop, Hopelab and its project Vivibot, League of Women Voters of San Francisco (pro-bono), NEOGOV, Points of Light, Rebuilding Together, TechSoup and its projects Caravan Studios and NGOsource, YTH, one of the largest U.S. foundations, and others.

I am a member of the San Francisco Ballot Simplification Committee, serving in the seat nominated by the League of Women Voters of San Francisco.

Pronouns: she/her or they. Last name pronounced juh-rar-din.

Available for new projects after January 21, 2020

For larger or longer projects, I often book up weeks or months in advance. If your project is smaller, I may be able to fit it in sooner than the date above. Contact me and we’ll figure out what’s possible.
